Please read ALL terms and conditions very carefully before you book.
In all cases Simply Southwold act only as booking agents on behalf of the owner and any contract entered into is one between the hirer and the owner of the property or beach hut.
Simply Southwold cannot be held responsiblefor the actions of either party or any consequences resulting there from.
Any contract to hire a holidayproperty/beach hut incorporates the below mentioned:
Your acceptance of the Conditions of Booking makes you responsible for the full hire charge which should be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking.
If you cancel your booking you will remain responsible for payment of the balance rent.
If you find it necessary to cancel please inform Simply Southwold immediately.
Simply Southwold will make every effort to re-let your holiday booking as soon as full payment is made. If Simply Southwold is successful in re-letting on your behalf there will be a charge of £50.00 for this service.
We would like to make you aware that any holiday booking entered into is legally binding and full rent will be due to the owner of the property.
We do not operate a cancellation scheme and, therefore, for your peace of mind we suggest that you check such cover through your own bank or membership subscriptions.
If you do not already have appropriate insurance coverwe suggest you contact Tesco, Sainsburys, The Post Office or on-line providers such as comparethemarket.com, insureandgo.com etc.
Please do make sure your cover is appropriate for you and the holiday you have booked.
The number of persons occupying the property you have booked must not exceed the number of beds. Exceptions may be made to this at the time of booking only.
Should the owner of the property booked be prevented from making the holiday home available and cannot provide a suitable alternative, a full refund will be paid to you by the owner.
In most instances you will be able to gain access to the holiday property at 3.00pm. on your arrival.
Upon your departure,keys must be returned by 10.00am unlessalternative arrangements have been made prior to your arrival.
The holiday home owner and Simply Southwold do not accept any liability for loss, damage, injury, or accident which the hirer or any of his/her party may incur or experience. Neither the home owner nor Simply Southwold can accept liabilityfor any disruption or inconvenience which might affect your holiday where such failure is not reasonably the fault of either the agent or the owner.
Electrical appliances, i.e. TV, Wifi, washing machines, dishwashers, etc. cannot be guaranteed. In the event of breakdown, everything will be done to repair or replace the item at the earliest opportunity.
